These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and including the purchase of goods and services. Drug Test Australia (DTA) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and such amendments will apply upon publication on this website.
Nothing in these conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or to have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, and right of remedy implied by law except to the extent permitted by law.

Ordering Procedure
Orders should be placed directly with Drug Test Australia and include:
- Purchase order number
- Name and address of buyer for invoicing and shipping
- Delivery address
- Product name and quantity
- Payment method
Use and Delivery
All goods are sold on the condition that the buyer strictly follows the operating instruction including manuals, pack inserts, material safety data etc supplied by Drug Test Australia and the original manufacturer contained within the packaging or the instruction available from this website.
Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon despatch (FOB) of all goods and services. The buyer will select the method of shipment and in that instruction may wish to utilise the contractual arrangements of Drug Test Australia however the risk remains the responsibility of the buyer.
Default
If the customer defaults any payment, commits any act of bankruptcy or enters into liquidation whether voluntary or involuntary Drug Test Australia reserves the right to suspend delivery. A default by the customer shall not prejudice the rights of Drug Test Australia to recover any outstanding amount for goods.
Liability of payment outside of nominated trading terms will attract interest calculated daily at 8.5%. Where no approved credit account exists payments are required prior despatch. All recovery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exclusions
Drug Test Australia will not be responsible for any damage or loss whilst the goods are in transit.
Transit charges relating to return of goods shall be paid by the buyer except where the goods are recalled or where the goods are subject to a fault of manufacture and constitutes a warranty assessment.
Warranty
Drug Test Australia (DTA) is the Australian distributor for a range of imported products.
The products are sold by Drug Test Australia on the understanding the products are free of defect in workmanship or material at the time of sale.
In the event the products sold by Drug Test Australia are defective in any way, Drug Test Australia agrees to replace the defective product. In no event shall Drug Test Australia be responsible for any incidental damages for lost profits or for any other damages. A copy of the tax invoice must also be returned with the goods. No warranty claims will be accepted without this information. The warranty period is 21 days.
This warranty is void if the product is subjected to improper use or handling, heat exposure in excess of manufactures recommendation, failure to adhere to the instruction for use, contact with chemicals or any failure to adhere to instruction.
